Day 1 - Pickup & Welcome
After meeting our guests upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport we transfer you to your accommodation. After the long flight we recommend taking it a bit easier. We will therefore give you some time to rest. Apart from that we would offer you to explore the CBD of Cape Town with us. In the afternoon we will drive you up signal hill where you can get a first feeling of the nature of the Cape and enjoy a beautiful view over Cape Town. Some Sun Downer will help you settling down and getting comfortable with this special piece of soil you have just put your foot on. Meals: Dinner
Day 2 - Table Mountain, Camps Bay & V&A
Today we make our way to South Africa's most popular tourist attraction - Table Mountain. The mountain is ascended with a short, but scenically impressive cableway trip - or for the fitness fanatics amongst you with a challenging but scenic hike. Once we reach the summit, your guide will highlight many features of the city of Cape Town and make you acquainted with various landmarks. We will build up your knowledge about the wildlife on Table Mountain e.g. pointing out and providing information about the various fynbos species. After descending Table Mountain, some time is spent exploring the Peninsula. We will take you to Camps Bay, Landudno, Hout Bay and the famous V&A Waterfront before we end the day with a relaxed dinner. Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
Day 3 - Cape Point, Cape of Goof Hope Nature Reserve & Boulders Beach
The focus of this day of your Cape Town tour is Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. The tour is a scenic delight with some of the most impressive coastal roads in South Africa carved into steep mountain sides high above the Atlantic Ocean. The lighthouse at Cape Point was originally built in 1859 at the highest point - 249m above sea level. The old lighthouse was, however, replaced after a great shipping disaster, with the new one built 87m above sea level. The visit to Cape Point is followed by a short visit to Boulders Beach where we observe the antics of a colony of penguins before returning to Cape Town during the late afternoon. Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
Day 4 - Winelands & Transfer
After breakfast we travel to the Spier Wine Estate where we enjoy a unique hour-long tour of the estate on Segways. It offers a great way of traversing the vineyards and enjoying sweeping views of the beautiful surroundings. Some time is then devoted to sampling some of the fine wines produced on this wine estate that was established in 1692. Soon our short but memorable tour of Cape Town and its surrounding area comes to an end and depending on your travel plans we transfer you to your hotel or your connection flight. Meals: Breakfast & Lunch
