Getting there: Our pickup & drop-off is the closest Airport. In Uganda this would, depending on the package be Kigali Airport (Rwanda) or Entebbe International Airport (Uganda). For Botswana it would be Vic Falls, Maun or Gaborone again depending on the package you booked. Don’t worry all of this will be explained to and decided together with you once you decide to book. Zero hassle and 100% convenience. Organizing your flight(s): We will plan your transport as smoothly as possible from and to the airport. Should your flight times require an additional night with us we will happily organize this for you. As a rule of thumb we recommend for incoming flights that arrive early in the day and for outgoing flights ones that depart late. This helps us organize your pickups better, without night drives. Should you need help with booking your flights we will happily book them for you. Just let us know about this in your request. Booking Steps: 1) Book a Tour Package When you book a tour package this doesn’t mean there is any monetary exchange. Booking means merely requesting a tour. That is also because depending on group size, season, etc. the price per person will change. When you book we however ask you for the following to make it easier for us to send you a quote swiftly:
- Name
- Phone
- Date (this is the date you arrive)
- Number of tickets (the number of people you want to travel together with)
- Comments: Here please add all additional info that would be relevant. Typically this could be
- Preferred Pick up / Drop off Airport
- Preferred Accommodation Type (Budget, vs. Medium, vs. Premium)
- Preferred Catering Type (Bed&Breakfast, Half Board – Breakfast & Dinner, Full Board – All Meals)
- Dietary Requirements (Vegetarian, Vegan, etc.)
- Special Requirements (Infant Travel, Handicap, Medical Conditions)

2) Receive Quote: As soon as one of our booking agents has reviewed your request, we will revert back with a quote/pro forma invoice. 5) Payment Terms In certain cases we accept a 50% upfront deposit. The full invoice amount is then however due at least 60 days prior to the date of your trip.
